I didn’t set out to build a multi-awarded winning broth company—I set out to feel well again. Postpartum, I spiraled through unexplained symptoms and the familiar, crushing refrain: “It’s all in your head.” I refused to accept that. I dove into gut health, retrained my life around food as medicine, and returned to the comfort I knew from childhood and my ancesters kitchens: slow-simmered bone broth.
The change was real—steadier energy, calmer digestion, clearer skin, and a sense that my body finally had what it needed to repair. But I couldn’t find a fresh, clean, local broth that tasted delicious just like home. So I made my own—exactly the way I wanted, so families (especially mothers) are able to nourish theirs. Then, The Broth Lab was born.
Every batch we make is slow-simmered for 15-hours, using only fresh, natural ingredients—halal, antibiotic- and hormone-free, non-GMO, gluten- and dairy-free, with no preservatives.
